About the event

Vans will depart at approximately 12:00 pm on Sun July 30 and return the evening of Sat August  6. Each passenger will require a ticket. Athletes will be assigned hotel rooms with 2-4 athletes per room.

Total cost transportation only is $150/passenger round trip or $75/passenger 1-way.  

Total cost transporation + hotel  is $510/passenger

Payment schedule: 

$170/passenger deposit due Sat, July 15, 2023 

$170/passenger payment #2 due Sat, July 22, 2023

$170/passenger payment #3 due Sat, July 29, 2023

If you are riding the team vans:

-you must stay in the TEAM hotel

-you must adhere to the bus schedule including designated pick up and drop off times.
