Practice Schedule

2023 Outdoor Practice Schedule

Practice for the 2023 outdoor season begins Tuesday, March 21, 2023. Practices will be held Tuesday - Thursday  at Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School, 701 N Spring Ave, St Louis  MO, 63108.  

All athletes must be registered in order to participate in practice.

Practice will be held outdoors and all athletes must bring their own water bottle,  wear running shoes, and be dressed in the appropriate layers of clothing each practice. If the weather is 40 degrees or lower, practice may be canceled.

To ensure the health and safety of our athletes and coaches, there will be a roster limit for each age group and field events.  We will also strictly adhere to all safety guidelines set by Cardinal Ritter College Prep School.

Parents are expected to pick up their athletes immediately at the conclusion of practice.  All athletes under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult from the start of practice until the end.  Adults may wait in their vehicles but should not leave the site until practice is officially over. Coaches may release the athletes from practice early.
