Practice Schedule

2024 Outdoor Practice Schedule

Practice for the 2024 outdoor season begins Monday, March 18, 2024. Practice will be held Monday through Thursday  at STEAM Academy at McCluer South-Berkeley High School, 201 Brotherton Lane, Ferguson, MO 63135 .  Ages 5-8 will begin practice at 5:30pm. Ages 9-18 will begin practice at 6:00pm

All athletes must be registered in order to participate in practice.

Practice will be held outdoors and all athletes must bring their own water bottle,  wear running shoes, and be dressed in the appropriate layers of clothing each practice. If the weather is 40 degrees or lower, practice may be canceled.

To ensure the health and safety of our athletes and coaches, there will be a roster limit for each age group and field events.  We will also strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set by STEAM Academy at McCluer South-Berkeley High School.  Parking in the fire lane is not allowed.

Parents are expected to pick up their athletes immediately at the conclusion of practice.  All athletes under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult from the start of practice until the end.  Adults may wait in their vehicles but should not leave the site until practice is officially over. Coaches may release the athletes from practice early.
