Practice Schedule

2026 Outdoor Practice Schedule

Practice for the 2026 outdoor season begins Monday, March 23. Practice will be held Monday through Thursday  at STEAM Academy at McCluer South-Berkeley High School, 201 Brotherton Lane, Ferguson, MO 63135.  Ages 5-6 and 7-8 and  will begin practice at 5:15pm. Ages 9-18 will begin practice at 6:00pm

All athletes must be registered in order to participate in practice.

Practice will be held outdoors and all athletes must bring their own water bottle,  wear running shoes, and be dressed in the appropriate layers of clothing each practice. Athletes should wear long pants and long sleeves to practice each day.  If the weather is 40 degrees or lower, practice may be canceled.

To ensure the health and safety of our athletes and coaches, there will be a roster limit for each age group and field events.  We will also strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and rules set by STEAM Academy at McCluer South-Berkeley High School. 

Parking in the fire lane is not allowed.

All athletes under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult from the start of practice until the end. Parents are expected to pick up their athletes immediately at the conclusion of practice.  Athletes ages 5-8 will be released to parents/guardians at the gate. Parents are not allowed inside of the stadium during practice.  Adults may wait in their vehicles or outside of the gate, but should not leave the site until practice is officially over. Coaches may release the athletes  from practice early.
